About the Role:

Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is hiring experienced and compassionate Caregivers for our client in Toronto, Ontario. This is a meaningful opportunity for individuals dedicated to helping seniors, persons with disabilities, or those recovering from illness live comfortably and safely. Both local and international applicants are welcome, and immigration support will be provided to the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning
• Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding if needed
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and engagement in daily activities
• Monitor health changes and report concerns to family or medical personnel
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and ensure a clean living environment
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Candidate Requirements:

For International Applicants (Outside Canada):

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on caregiving or nursing experience
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Must be eligible to obtain a Canadian caregiver work permit or equivalent legal status
• Willingness to relocate to Canada
• Full immigration assistance will be provided

For Applicants Already in Canada:

• Some relevant experience in caregiving or healthcare support
• Degree, diploma, or PSW/Health Care Assistant certificate preferred
• Open to individuals on a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) or other valid work status
• Compassionate nature, reliability, and strong communication skills
