Home Instead is seeking caring and compassionate CAREGivers to join our team and help fulfill our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults in our communities. We serve Oshawa, Whitby, Pickering, Ajax, Courtice, Bowmanville, Port Perry, and nearby areas. Home Instead offers a range of non-medical services that enable seniors to stay in their homes and face aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Providing personal care
• Offering companionship and conversation
• Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Reminding clients about medication and appointments
• Providing Alzheimer’s care
• Treating clients and their property with dignity and respect
• Communicating effectively with clients in a friendly manner
• Completing a Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within the last 3 months)
• Having a Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate
• Being a G licensed driver with a personal vehicle
