Requirements:

• Smartphone proficiency for clocking in/out and visit notes.
• Criminal record check.
• Consistent job performance and attendance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional demeanor and respectful attitude.
• Ability to perform basic housekeeping and meal preparation tasks.
• Home support worker certification (preferred but not necessary).
• Flexible availability.
• Previous caregiving or elder care experience.
• Two or more personal references.
• Residing in BC.

Caregiver Tasks Include:

• Meal preparation and planning.
• Housekeeping (including laundry).
• Personal care and hygiene.
• Medication routines.
• Transport to appointments and errands.
• Dementia care.
• Providing companionship and quality time.
• Assisting with client pets (dogs and cats).
• Overnight care.
• Shifts available in the morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight.

Pay:

$20.50 - $24.00 per hour
