Caregiver (Attendant Care)

Our clients are individuals seeking care in Hamilton and nearby areas, often after experiences of trauma or with complex medical or mental health diagnoses. Your role may include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Engaging clients and ensuring their safety at home or in the community during activities or hobbies
• Supporting organization, meal preparation, transportation, emotional well-being, light housekeeping, and other daily tasks

Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Care is tailored to each individual, making each position unique. Some clients need mainly in-home support; others require assistance with community activities. We seek genuinely caring individuals committed to client well-being.

Requirements

• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR C certification
• Smartphone with data plan
• Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 6 months

Assets

• University or college education in a related field
• G class driver’s license with vehicle access

Hours

Flexible, client-dependent scheduling options are available. Once scheduled, we expect consistency in the agreed-upon times.

Rate of Pay

$23-$28/hour
