Job summary

Okanagan College is seeking a Careers Hub Lead to guide the Careers Hub Team and Work-Integrated Learning efforts. You will oversee WIL pathways, student and employer resources, and events, aligning them with college engagement goals.

Reporting to the Dean of Community Engagement and Careers, you will drive strategic initiatives, manage staff, and develop metrics and reports to measure impact across the Careers Hub and related programs.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree related to Career Development, HR, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years leadership experience in a relevant role.
• Experience in post-secondary education or with large Careers/Jobs online systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Careers Hub team and Work-Integrated Learning initiatives.
• Prioritize and assign daily work; schedule staff as needed.
• Ensure on-time delivery with quality, accuracy, and standards compliance.
• Develop and monitor metrics; produce regular reports for the Dean.
• Coordinate with Dean and college leadership on short- and long-term strategy.
• Provide training and guidance to staff, instructors and program staff.
• Manage Careers Hub system access and change requests.
• Respond to inquiries from students, employers, staff, and instructors.
