What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Solutions Specialist who thrives in an automation-driven environment. Ideal candidates will have:

• Must be able to work in Canada with no restrictions. We are not entertaining applications from outside of Canada
• Strong expertise in CODESYS for automation and motion control applications
• Solid understanding of industrial automation from both electrical and mechanical perspectives
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts for customers and internal teams
• A customer-focused mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and SAP Analytics Cloud
• A team-oriented approach with accountability and ownership
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or equivalent experience. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Additional Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events
• Travel within Canada, the U.S., and Europe as needed
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Industrial Automation with Motion Control and CODESYS programming
