Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI ) currently has an exciting opportunity for new graduates to join our organization and develop your skills with Toyota's Career Ignition Program. The Career Ignition Program is TCI’s rotational development program for driven , motivated and passionate new graduates who are looking for meaningful and challenging work. This program will give you the opportunity to explore your potential and fuel a unique career path at one of the most trusted brands in the world. Through this program, you will develop the expertise and skills needed to be successful in roles at TCI that will continue to grow and advance your career to become future leaders in the industry.

The program guides you through the first 3 years of your career at TCI. During the program, you will rotate through key opportunities in your identified stream, including cross-functional and stretch assignments.

In this stream, your rotation will focus on the I nformation S ervices side of operations. You will have the opportunity to complete rotations in the following department s :

Enterprise Data Management consists of three distinct and related practices. During this rotation you will:

  • Work on practices to ensure the data accuracy

  • Learn different data integration methods and platforms

  • Collaborate with colleagues on the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process

  • Be introduced to different testing practices

Cross-Divisional Business Rotation will give you the opportunity to collaborate with various business units , including Customer Experience . During this rotation you will:

  • Deepen your awareness of the business

  • Develop the experience needed to become an effective business partner

Enterprise Business Solutions team collaborates with business units to align technology with strategic goals, enhance operations, and deliver business value. This rotation provides hands-on experience in business analysis, project delivery, and operational support across key enterprise initiatives. During this rotation you will:

  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into effective technology solutions

  • Process Analysis: Document current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the design of more efficient future-state workflows

  • Project Delivery: Assist in enterprise projects and programs through planning, scheduling, risk tracking, and communication. Gain exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods

  • SDLC Involvement: Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements and design to testing, deployment, and support

  • Operational Support: Assist in resolving incidents and problems, coordinate with technical teams, and support system enhancements to improve user experience and performance

  • Continuous Improvement: Assist in system monitoring, root cause analysis, and knowledge sharing to maintain operational stability and reduce recurring issues

What You'll Bring

  • Completed undergraduate or graduate degree in the past 2 years

  • Open to working out of our Zone Offices for a short or long period (Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver)

  • Agile thinking & critical thinking skills

  • Leadership & communication skills

  • High tolerance for ambiguity

  • Innovative thinking & passion for continuous improvement

  • Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
