Clothing Advisor (Sales Associate) Job Description:

• Personal sales and holistic selling, building relationships and creating repeat clientele
• Interest in fashion, menswear, and luxury brands
• Brands include Tom Ford, Ralph Lauren, Ermenegildo Zegna, Brunello Cucinelli, Giorgio Armani, Loro Piana, Canali, Hugo Boss, Salvatore Ferragamo, among others
• Educating clients on our Sartoria Loyalty program
• Participating in merchandising and store maintenance activities
• Utilizing resources for new business and following up with clients on their needs
• Preparing for client meetings with strategic merchandise presentation for potential add-on sales

Successful candidates will require:

• A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Experience across departments like sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure
• A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store
• Willingness to participate in training initiatives and apply learned skills
• Interest in technology and using innovations to support customer service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
