You will build a portfolio from the ground up in a unique entrepreneurial model, with commission-based compensation and a guaranteed base salary during the first four years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in banking services with a track record of managing client relationships and providing tailored investment advice (preferred).
• Willingness to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO).
• Commitment to achieving the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within the first three years in the role.
