Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in banking services managing client relationships and providing tailored investment advice (preferred)
  • Willingness to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with CIRO if not already licensed
  • Commitment to achieving the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within the first three years in the role
  • CFP eligibility: University degree or up to 10 years of qualifying work experience; QAFP professional in good standing for minimum 5 years
  • Proficiency in financial planning, business development, networking and high‑value sales
  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities for building lasting client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team or work independently, focused on supporting and connecting with others
