Salary(s): AO1 $55,983.00 - $67,387.00 per year; AO2 $62,281.00 - $76,484.00 per year plus Remoteness Allowance, if applicable. (as of March 22, 2025)

Conditions of Employment:

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
  • Willing to obtain a Manitoba Class 5 Driver's Licence within one year
  • Ability to travel to remote communities using various transportation methods
  • Willing to travel including evenings and overnight stays

Duties:

Career Development Consultant: Responsible for assessing clients' skills and interests, supporting employment and training goal development, and managing supports during training.

Labour Market Service Advisor: Acts as the first point of contact for program information, conducts initial assessments, makes referrals, and manages client cases and finances.
