Career Counsellor & Life Coach (Project-Based)

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Career Counsellor & Life Coach to join us on a project basis. The ideal candidate will support individuals in navigating career transitions, setting life goals, and unlocking their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one career and life coaching sessions (virtual or in-person as needed)
• Assist clients in identifying strengths, goals, and career paths
• Develop customized action plans and offer guidance throughout
• Help individuals build confidence and clarity in their personal and professional lives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a career counsellor, life coach, or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in coaching or counselling (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships

Project Details:

• Duration: Project-based with potential for long-term collaboration
• Location: Remote (with occasional in-person sessions if required)
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
