Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking care assistants to support older people in their own homes in Peterborough. You may assist with medication, meals, shopping, and personal care. Full induction training is provided, experience not essential, and shifts run 8am–10pm across weekdays and weekends.

The role offers part or full-time hours with a supportive team and opportunities for further training and qualifications.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full induction training provided.
• Flexible shifts with calls between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday.
• Ability to support older adults at home with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and monitoring as directed.
• Provide personal care, including hygiene and mobility support.
• Help with food preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping.

Our local branch are looking for care assistants to support the older people in their own homes.This role includes assisting someone with medication, food preparation, shopping, cleaning and personal care. We provide full induction training so experience is not essential.

This role is based on part or full time hours, we have calls between 8am and 10pm Monday to Sunday.
