Job summary

HRString LTD. is expanding its team to provide domiciliary care services in the UK. The role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered support and basic health-related tasks under guidance from nurses and supervisors.

We welcome candidates with care experience, while training will be provided to ensure high-quality care for service users. Strong communication, empathy, and safeguarding awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a resident in the UK and have a valid right to work.
• Previous care experience welcomed; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health indicators and assist with basic care under supervision.
• Administer bedside and personal care including hygiene and mobility assistance.
• Assist in planning, preparing, and serving meals.
• Support household duties while maintaining confidentiality and dignity.
• Record client progress and report changes to supervisor.

We are currently recruiting for the role of care support workers

Some of the job duties include:

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
