About the Role :

As a Night Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care throughout the night. Leading and supporting a dedicated care team, you’ll oversee nightly care routines, respond to residents’ needs, and ensure a safe, comforting environment.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Leading and motivating the night care team to deliver exceptional care
  • Providing hands-on support with personal care and dementia-specific assistance
  • Ensuring care plans are followed and residents’ individual needs are met
  • Conducting night-time safety checks and responding to emergencies
  • Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and senior management
  • Recording observations and maintaining accurate documentation

Devonshire House in Sudbury is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 68 residents.
