Reporting to the Health Services Manager and working under supervision of regulated health professionals, the Care Team Assistant provides direct care based on patient needs. As part of the collaborative care team, responsibilities include supporting patients' activities of daily living, reinforcing patient and family teaching according to established guidelines and care plans.

$24.42 - $26.47 hourly. Successful candidates may be eligible for benefits including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, life insurance, and a pension plan.
