Care Support Assistant Job Description

You are responsible for following the directions noted in the plan of care to assist in nursing and personal care of individuals. You will assist in the provision of activities of daily living, dining services, comfort and companionship, and housekeeping services as assigned. You must have a high school diploma, and preferably experience working with seniors.

1. CPR / First Aid
2. VSS
3. Immunization records
