What You Lead
  • Deliver a WOW Client Experience in every interaction by consistently following our ADMIRE Model and Perfect Match Guarantee
  • Answer inbound calls with a smile and provide fast, easy access to support by responding within 30 seconds or less
  • Use the AlayaCare platform to schedule visits, follow workflows, and apply One Best Way processes to ensure operational efficiency and accurate data
  • Schedule and book client visits at least 14 days in advance, identifying the Perfect Match caregiver and completing all required documentation
  • Deliver Peace of Mind by ensuring caregivers clock in for visits; elevate and investigate no-show situations with urgency within 22 minutes of the scheduled start time
  • Respond promptly to caregiver inquiries related to schedules and visit offers
  • Proactively update clients and client contacts on service changes, maintaining accurate and detailed documentation
  • Partner closely with Care Designers to resolve service needs and deliver operational excellence with One Best Way in mind
  • Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives that support a high-performing Care Services team
What You Bring to Nurse Next Door
  • 2–3 years of experience in a customer service focused role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A professional, warm, and friendly phone presence with the ability to quickly build rapport
  • Comfort working in a metrics-driven, high-accountability environment
