Join our team

TELUS Health is looking for a part-time casual gym supervisor who is also certified to teach group fitness classes (independent contractors) at corporate fitness facilities in Toronto and Markham, ON.

Here's the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

You will be responsible for greeting members, managing the front desk, monitoring the gym to ensure member safety, and teaching group fitness classes.

Location: Toronto & Markham, ON

Schedule: Opening or closing shift between 6:30 am and 8:00 pm. No late evenings or weekends.

Here’s how

  • Greet members in a friendly and professional manner in the fitness centre.
  • Answer client questions.
  • Ensure participants practice required cleaning protocols.
  • Monitor gym capacity and member safety.
  • Teach fitness classes.

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Reliable, punctual, and friendly.
  • Group exercise certification is required.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certificate is required.
  • A post-secondary degree in Kinesiology and/or certificate in workplace fitness/wellness is an asset.
  • No weekend or late evening hours; however, a flexible work schedule is preferred.
