About The Role

As our Care Assistant (Days), you’ll provide personal care to our residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, visiting the bathroom, and assisting with mobility and activities. Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help build meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their preferences and needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Following electronic care plans and administering medication accurately while maintaining proper records
  • Remaining alert to residents’ physical and mental well-being
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the home
