Orchard Care Homes Ltd. is seeking a Care Assistant at Eaton Court, Grimsby. You will support residents with their daily needs, treating them with dignity and respect, and you will be a key part of our dedicated care team.

• Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
• Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
• Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing
• Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
• Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture
