Job summary

Lunardi Court Care Home in Cupar, Scotland, is seeking a Care Assistant to join a welcoming team. You will support residents with daily routines, personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel safe, comfortable and valued every day.

Shift patterns include days and nights (08:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00); full-time, 38.5 hours per week, with PVG paid, pension and uniform provided. A compassionate, team-oriented attitude is essential to thriving in this role.

Qualifications

• A kind, compassionate and respectful approach towards others.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Genuine passion for supporting older people and promoting wellbeing.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous care experience or NVQ/SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is beneficial but not essential

Lunardi Court Care Home, located in Cupar, Fife, provides high quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care in a warm and welcoming environment. Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Contracted to 38.5 hours per week
• Shift Times: 08:00AM-20:00PM , 20:00PM-08:00AM
• Dayshift and nightshift available
• Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
