Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education is required.
• At least 2 years in customer service, scheduling or coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software (e.g., AlayaCare).
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule care providers to meet client care plans.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for calls/chats per hour and scheduling accuracy.
• Communicate with clients, families and care providers to coordinate scheduling.
• Maintain and update scheduling databases and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Employment Standards.
