We are currently looking for a Cards Growth Specialist for our Cards and Payments Department.

Under the direction of the Senior Manager Cards Growth, this position is accountable for supporting all card related product sales, growth opportunity and business development activities associated with the overall Cards strategies, annual financial targets and leading the execution of the sales programs and plans necessary to meet the business unit objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Identifying the upstream (planning) and downstream (implementation / support) sales / growth channels and establish a more productive collaborative working relationship to promote opportunities in optimizing required processes in a more efficient value-added manner
  • Providing input on products, product lines and line of business performance and how each contributes towards overall performance and the bottom line – what products are most profitable and why? Develop activities, plans and KPIs to achieve growth results and maintenance support of the sales programs / plans
  • Leading in the development, maintenance, and reporting of key attributes (product, profitability, end user) and product / operational factors (cost, initiative, service) as they relate to the achievement of growth targets and future strategies
  • Leading the campaign / offer management activities end to end from planning, coordination and execution using standard project management principles. Ensure clear understanding amongst all internal / external partners on the what, why, when, who, and how for each initiative. Provide adequate lead time and support to run the campaigns / offers efficiently and seamlessly
  • Ensuring that campaign results are accurately designed and measured using the right metrics, that campaign results are analyzed and documented upon conclusion of the initiative and lessons learned are applied for continuous improvement of future campaign / offer initiatives. Collect and maintain data (attributes, results, factors) for future use

Requirements

Experience :

  • 5+ sales and marketing experience with proven results – preferably in the credit card or financial services industry
  • Adept at stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution and project coordination
  • Strong business acumen and analytical reasoning
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of payments products are an asset

Education and Training :

  • Relevant degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
