Experience: Experience an asset

Work Setting: Private clinic

Tasks:

1. Check, calibrate and perform routine maintenance to equipment
2. Prepare recordings and reports of findings for physicians
3. Review patient's case history and assess nature of problem to determine procedures and tests required
4. Monitor cardiac activity and record results
5. Perform cardiovascular procedures and tests
6. Prepare reports for interpretation by cardiologists

Certificates, Licences, Memberships, and Courses:

1. Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists Registration
2. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate

Area of Specialization:

1. Electrocardiography tests
2. Ambulatory monitoring
3. Exercise stress testing
