Job summary

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking a casual Cardiology Technologist to join the Electrocardiology ECG department at Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital in Moose Jaw.

The role involves performing diagnostic procedures to assist physicians in evaluating cardiac function and data interpretation under supervision, with a focus on accuracy and patient care. Education required is a Cardiology Technology diploma, plus holding a Registered Cardiology Technologist (RCT) license and CCSCT

Qualifications

• Cardiology Technology diploma required.
• Registered Cardiology Technologist (RCT) license and CCSCT certification.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic procedures to assist physicians in evaluating heart function.
• Supports interpretation of electrophysiological and mechanical cardiac data.
• Maintains patient care standards and accurate documentation within ECG department.
