Cardinal View Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Resident Assistant/HHA/CNA to join our growing team.

Cardinal View Senior Living opened in fall 2021 and is easily accessible off the Beltline in Middleton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 104-unit apartment-style community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Named to honor the Middleton Area High School Cardinals, we are proud to be locally owned!

Shifts Available:

All shifts, full-time, part-time, per diem, or rotating weekends only.

Wages:

• HHA Wage: $16.50-$22.00 based on experience
• CNA Wage: $17.00-$22.50 based on experience

About the Role

In this position, you will support residents with personal care services, including:

• Providing direct care, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating residents with respect and dignity.
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and mobility.
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
• Assisting with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community (preferred)
• Strong interest in healthcare
• Positive, compassionate attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
