Qualifications

• CCFP or FRCPC certification or eligibility.
• CPSBC full license in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
• CPSBC provisional licensure if applicable.
• CMPA membership.
• ACLS certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily attendance and assessment of post-operative patients.
• Liaise with PCC and nursing staff each morning to review overnight events and urgent nursing issues.
• Clinical assessment, diagnostics, and medical management as required.
• Ward rounds with direct communication to nurses and review of concerns.
