Vancouver Island Health Authority is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer, Adult Services, to perform echocardiograms with a focus on adult procedures. Under the Echocardiography Supervisor, you will receive requisitions, prepare patients, monitor supplies, and operate ultrasound equipment to capture high quality data.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient safety and presenting findings to physicians.

Competenze

• Graduate of a recognized diploma training program in Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography.
• Certified by Sonography Canada (CRCS) and/or ARDMS (RDCS).
• One year recent cardiac ultrasound experience.
• BLS Level C certification.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
