The ideal candidate has leadership experience, detail orientation, and strong communication. You will train staff, perform quality checks, and collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing or car wash experience is an asset.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
