What you will be doing:

• Greeting customers with a friendly, caring, and professional demeanor
• Monitoring vehicles waiting in the wash line
• Learning and monitoring how the car wash mechanically operates and the purpose of each function of the equipment. Troubleshooting the car wash systems.
• Learning about the car wash pay station and monitoring its operation. Troubleshooting the pay station.
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Inspecting vehicles as they enter the car wash
• Checking in with customers who need assistance at pay stations
• Providing direction and assistance to customers entering the car wash
• Responding to customer inquiries during wait times and entry
• Anticipating customer needs to ensure a top-tier customer experience
• Explaining and promoting available services and offers
• Maintaining customer service and company standards
• Collaborating closely with management
• Performing general and seasonal site maintenance and organizational duties
• Organizing and storing products
• Receiving and storing product deliveries

Starting wage: $17.20/hour
