Job summary

Hertz in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Part Time Service Associate to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick-up, drive and park cars, and maintain vehicle appearance and safety. You will work outdoors in all weather, meet quotas, and provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements include a High School diploma, being 20+, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to stand for long periods. Perks include rental discounts and career growth opportunities.

• Must be able to work on your feet for most of your shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a vehicle is ready for customer pick-up and parked on the lot.
• Drive and park cars on the lot as needed and transport vehicles safely.
• Check vehicles for damage and fill gasoline and fluids.
• Meet processing quotas and transport vehicles within the off-airport market.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow all safety policies.

The Part Time Service Associate is responsible for ensuring a vehicle is ready for customer pick-up. Drive and park cars on the lot as needed. Check the vehicles for damage. Fill gasoline and check all fluid levels. Meet processing and standardization quotas. As well as transport vehicles safely within the off-airport market. Provide outstanding customer service. Follow all company safety policies and protect company assets. Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy and be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
