Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers warmly and understand their needs to recommend the right vehicles.
  • Conduct test drives and explain features clearly to create an exciting and memorable experience.
  • Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales & Lead Management
  • Manage the full sales process, including financing options, documentation, and deal closure.
  • Follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns, referrals, or previous contacts.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and keep updated on inventory and pricing.
  • Enjoy every win from helping a first-time buyer to closing your biggest deal.
Teamwork & Growth
  • Work closely with the team to support sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to stay aligned and share updates.
  • Always aim to make every customer’s car-buying journey smooth and enjoyable.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in sales or the automotive industry is an advantage, but not required.
  • Flexible to work weekends or public holidays when needed.
