Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring at Edmonton International Airport in Alberta, Canada. You will assist customers returning rental cars, greet customers, secure keys, record mileage and fuel levels, inspect for damage, and log details into our system with a focus on friendly service.

No prior experience required beyond a high school diploma; we provide full training, bi-weekly pay and employee discounts. Must be able to work outdoors and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• 6 months retail customer service experience is a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in returning rental cars, greet customers, secure keys, and record mileage, fuel levels, and damage.
• Check cars into the computer system and ensure accurate data entry while providing excellent customer service.
