This night shift position offers a calm, focused environment for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative setting. It provides the satisfaction of maintaining smooth operations through structured tasks.

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 pm to 4 : 00 am

What you will do :

  • Use Docuscan and ITrans to process client jobs accurately and in accordance with requirements, transferring finished products to the appropriate area
  • Perform quality checks during scanning to ensure standards are met
  • Set up ITrans based on specifications and ensure materials are available for accurate processing
  • Conduct daily preventative maintenance on assigned machines
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate unresolved problems as per procedures
  • Coordinate with on-site vendors to resolve equipment issues
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What you need to have to succeed :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience (asset but not required)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Initiative and a positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
