Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Capital Markets and Financial Services Consulting - Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Understand the client’s business and technology strategy and operations through research, interviews, formulating and testing hypotheses
2. Conduct and manage market research and analyses, including synthesizing complex data into meaningful insights
3. Deliver client projects on time and within budget, exceeding expectations through team performance and stakeholder management
4. Work directly with clients to integrate People, Process, and Technology (Data) into value-added solutions
5. Build and maintain effective, trusting, and collaborative client relationships at multiple levels
6. Collaborate with team members to develop client proposals, white papers, thought leadership, and point of view documents, covering business challenges and solutions
7. Contribute to a strong PwC culture through employee engagement, mentoring, and coaching, providing timely and meaningful feedback
8. Value diversity and adapt to various working styles

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

• Must have experience in consulting services
• Understanding of capital markets industry, trading, and products is an asset
• Exposure to capital markets functions like sales, trading, risk management, compliance, and operations is an asset
• Knowledge of capital markets regulations and upcoming changes is an asset
• Familiarity with capital markets data types and systems interactions is an asset
• Experience with technology and data strategy, including trading infrastructure, is an asset
• Understanding of technology concepts like architecture, data governance, and systems is an asset
• Interest in emerging technologies and analytics in capital markets
• Self-motivated with a passion for client work and teamwork
• Ability to multitask and manage ambiguity
