Location Address: Hybrid (1x per week, Monday or Wednesday), Contract Duration: 6 months Schedule Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hrs per week
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
10 + years of overall progressive relevant experience
6+ years as a Support Analyst and/or BA/BSA experience
3+ years recent Capital Markets experience including hands-on front-to-back-office workflow exposure (Trading, Risks, Back Office, Regulation, front office)
3+ years’ experience conducting BAU hands-on support for capital market users: First line of support, working with users, triaging issues & coordinating resolution with multiple teams, and requirement gathering.
Direct hands-on (Front end, UI) experience with Murex system in recent projects.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
Wallstreet or any FX/eFX/FX Options experience
Experience with FX products
Databases: MS-SQL is a strong asset
Unix/Linux Bash scripting experience is an asset
Experience designing, developing, and implementing ETL tools
Soft Skills:
The candidate must also possess good analytical, problem solving and communication skills, and be able to interact efficiently with other team members and the user community.
The candidate should also be a quick learner, self-motivated and results oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong aptitude to work with multiple teams in a fast paced environment
Degrees or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as finance, commerce, mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science, computer engineering or related field required
