Capital Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare period forecast financials
• Preparing Financial Update Slides for Capex
• Conducting line by line review with finance team
• PO generation & Invoice Processing
• Vendor follow up
• Running financial reports
• Working with Legal team to prepare Schedule A’s
• Conduct SOX / SAG reports
• Prepping for/supporting Fixed Asset Audits / preparing AWO
• Preparing accruals
• Project Status dashboard creation & maintenance
• Additional tasks as required

Qualifications

• Demonstrated superior organizational and communication skills
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and Proficiency in Excel required
• Aptitude to quickly analyze data, assess issues and risks and propose recommendations
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple shifting priorities
• Supply Chain (Operations) experience
• Ability to interact effectively with key internal stakeholders
• Post Secondary Education required
