Capital Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare period forecast financials
• Prepare Financial Update Slides for Capex
• Conduct line by line review with finance team
• PO generation & Invoice Processing
• Vendor follow up
• Run financial reports
• Work with Legal team to prepare Schedule A’s
• Conduct SOX / SAG reports
• Prepare for/support Fixed Asset Audits / prepare AWO
• Prepare accruals
• Create & maintain Project Status dashboard
• Additional tasks as required

Qualifications

• Demonstrated superior organizational and communication skills
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency in Excel required
• Aptitude to quickly analyze data, assess issues and risks, and propose recommendations
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple shifting priorities
• Supply Chain (Operations) experience
• Ability to interact effectively with key internal stakeholders
• Post Secondary Education required
