  • Identify areas for improvement within logistics operations.

Overview

We are currently seeking a Capacity/Logistics Specialist to join the Capacity Management team based in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Qualifications
  • Experience within the Transportation and/or Logistics industry required;
  • Familiarity with logistician software and tools to optimize operations would be an asset;
  • Passionate about relationship building, customer service, and problem solving;
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry;
  • Excellent proactive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with an attention to detail;
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work within a team;
  • Computer skills are essential (MS Office).
Responsibilities
  • Ongoing sourcing of new carriers for existing and new business;
