Enercare Inc. in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a Capacity Analyst to lead end-to-end workforce capacity planning across planning horizons.
You will forecast demand, configure systems, ensure data integrity, and optimize scheduling in collaboration with field teams. The role reports to the Capacity Manager and requires 3+ years of analytics experience; a business-focused diploma or degree; and strong ability to present to senior leadership.

The Capacity Analyst is responsible for the end‑to‑end design, execution, and continuous improvement of workforce capacity planning across all planning horizons. The role ensures that capacity supply aligns with forecasted demand through accurate forecasting, robust system configuration, data integrity, scheduling optimization, and strong operational collaboration.This position serves as the functional bridge between planning strategy, field execution, and system enablement
