Some of what you will do:
- Customer Engagement: Model and coach selling behaviors, engage with customers, motivate associates, and ensure a seamless customer experience using all available tools and techniques.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory and merchandising standards, manage backroom tasks, and provide reports on stock levels and sales trends.
- Training and Development: Support training, coaching, and performance conversations to foster a high-performance, sales-focused culture.
- Communication: Facilitate clear communication, lead meetings, and address operational issues promptly.
- Health & Safety: Support safety policies, conduct inspections, and maintain a safe environment.
- Administrative Duties: Perform cash office tasks, ensure accurate cash management, and handle reporting.
Some of what you need:
- 3+ years of customer service experience in retail.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience with accountability for sales and service targets.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Visual merchandising skills and keen eye for detail.
