Are you a native level Cantonese (Hong Kong) speaker with strong English skills and a background in linguistics or translation? This freelance opportunity allows you to work remotely on your own schedule while helping to improve the performance and safety of AI systems used worldwide.

What You’ll Do

In this project, you will evaluate two AI-generated responses to a prompt, deciding whether each is a success or a failure. If both are successful, you’ll choose the preferred response and explain why. Your input will play a key role in making AI more accurate, relevant, and user-friendly.

  • Review and evaluate AI responses for success/failure
  • Select the preferred response when applicable and explain your choice
  • Provide clear, consistent, and detailed annotations based on guidelines
Requirements
  • Native level fluency in Cantonese (Hong Kong)
  • University degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field, or more than one year of equivalent work experience
  • Advanced English skills
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer
  • Ability to follow detailed annotation instructions
  • Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive content
Qualification Process
  • Screening survey (takes a few minutes to complete)
  • Language knowledge assessments (target language and English language)
  • RWS Vendor Onboarding
  • Internal Qualification Test (~45 minutes total) - The qualification is paid upon successful completion
