Job description

Company Overview

Sugar Cane Cannabis is a modern micro-cultivator, processor, and retailer of recreational craft cannabis in Williams Lake, British Columbia. Sugar Cane Cannabis is wholly owned by Williams Lake First Nation and will operate under a Section 119 agreement with the Province of British Columbia. The agreement-making provision was included in provincial cannabis legislation to allow some flexibility within the provincial framework to address an Indigenous government's community-specific interests. WLFN and the Province have since successfully entered the FIRST government-to-government agreement under section 119 of the Cannabis Control and Licensing Act.

We are currently in the licensing phase, and our aim for the retail portion of our operation is to create a high-end boutique farm-gate buying experience. Our facility will be very similar in look and feel to the retail outlets found in craft micro-breweries and wineries. We are looking for Cannabis Trimmers who can provide knowledgeable leadership and embrace our vision of creating the best Craft Cannabis on the market.

This is an open call to submit an expression of interest in joining the Sugar Cane Cannabis family. We want to be the best, and if you're up for the task, we'd love to have you on our team.
