Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Pre-Construction Investment Advisor to join our team on a 1-year contract. This individual will play a key role in market research, investment advisory, and sales strategy, supporting several of Canderel’s pre-construction development projects across the GTA. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the real estate market and a passion for helping investors navigate pre-construction opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to gather insights on ongoing and upcoming pre-construction projects across the region.
  • Analyze pricing trends, absorption rates, and investment potential to build comparative market analyses (CMAs).
  • Stay informed on real estate market conditions, including interest rates, government policies, and economic trends that impact pre-construction sales.
  • Act as the primary investment advisor for Canderel’s residential pre-construction projects guiding potential buyers through the purchasing process.
  • Provide detailed presentations and data-driven insights to help investors make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and potential prospects.
  • Assist in sales strategy by identifying key selling points and investment advantages of the assigned project.
  • Track and report on project performance, investor interest, and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and targeted outreach strategies.
  • Attend industry events, presentations, and networking opportunities to stay ahead of market trends and build relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, investment sales, or pre-construction sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data interpretation.
  • Familiarity with real estate comparative analysis and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for investors.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM software, and sales tracking tools.
  • Real estate license (preferred but not required).
