Moomoo Canada Financial Inc. (MFC) is expanding its procurement team in Canada and seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to support and strengthen the Canadian function.

The role starts as part-time with strong potential to transition to full-time as Canadian operations grow. The candidate will liaise with Headquarters to learn global processes while applying local knowledge of Canadian procurement practices and vendor management.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, contract administration, supply chain, or a related function.
• Fluency in English is required.

Aufgaben

• Learn, understand, and become a local subject matter resource on the company's global procurement policies, procedures, approval workflows, and systems.
• Serve as a key liaison between the Canadian business and the Headquarters Procurement team, ensuring clear communication and coordination of procurement activities.
• Help navigate cross-border procurement processes, including differences in local business practices, vendor requirements, documentation, timelines, and approval processes.
