Head of KYC & Compliance Operations
As a senior leader within the Global KYC team, this role oversees KYC and AML operations across multiple regions (Paris, Singapore, US, and Canada), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. The position involves managing large, cross-border teams and driving performance, quality, and consistency in KYC processes, including client onboarding and periodic reviews.
KYC/AML Oversight:
Lead KYC analysts and checkers, ensuring timely and accurate client onboarding and periodic reviews, in line with AML regulations and internal policies.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and financial security requirements, including anti-money laundering and fraud prevention. Act as a liaison with internal risk, compliance, and audit teams.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead and motivate a large, multi-location team. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement:
Streamline and enhance KYC processes, implement policy changes, and manage change initiatives across global teams.
Data Management & Controls:
Oversee key data operations including reference data and instrument creation (bonds, equities, rates), while maintaining strong control frameworks and data quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with front office, compliance, and data teams to ensure aligned goals and smooth execution of KYC operations.
Governance & Reporting:
Participate in management committees, contribute to global strategy, and report on team performance, issues, and operational risks.
