EY is seeking a Canadian Business Immigration Lawyer to join our Calgary team. You will manage the delivery of Canadian business immigration services for a diverse, multinational client base and develop practical solutions for cross-border assignments.

You will leverage your Canadian immigration expertise and leadership skills to advise on temporary and permanent residence applications, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to business development while upholding the highest professional

Qualifications

• Law degree and licensed (in good standing) to practice law in Canada.
• 1–5 years of Canadian business immigration experience, with focus on temporary and permanent residence applications for high-volume engagements.
• Excellent managerial, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to provide technical legal expertise and strategic business solutions aligned with client needs.

Responsibilities

• As a Lawyer, manage the delivery of Canadian business immigration services and develop client solutions.
• Provide technical legal expertise and strategic guidance for cross-border immigration matters.
• Lead and collaborate with team members to deliver high-volume immigration filings.
