Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in management consulting or a corporate strategy function, ideally with insurance/financial services exposure.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholder groups (C‑Suite, SVP, etc.).
• Experience in digital strategy and transformation is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving and structured thinking with hypothesis testing.
• Strong analytical skills with financial modelling and Excel proficiency.
• Experience in secondary research; primary research is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong project management, prioritization and attention to detail.
• MS Office expert (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bilingual French/English for Quebec interactions is required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic project execution – support delivery of strategic projects, workstreams, cross‑functional collaboration and timely deliverables.
• Problem solving and analytics – financial and business analysis, insights and recommendations.
• Manage and deliver board‑level and public‑facing strategy documents (quarterly reports, MD&A).
• Support key strategic priorities, including digital initiatives and operational transformation through AI.
• Communication – prepare and deliver formal presentations and updates to senior management and partners.
