Job summary

Marsh Canada is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to shape and execute the marketing strategy across Marsh People and Investments and Marsh Risk in Canada. You will work closely with the Canada CEO, senior leaders, sales, and marketing teams to strengthen market presence and support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience in professional services or B2B.
• Experience shaping and executing marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marsh Canada marketing strategy aligned to People and Investments and Risk.
• Partner with the Heads of Marketing and senior stakeholders to set priorities and annual plans.
• Develop marketing strategies to support growth, market positioning and client opportunities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team with strong digital capabilities.
• Create thought leadership and brand content to reinforce Marsh's market leadership.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across channels to drive awareness, leads and revenue.
• Oversee digital, email, events, paid media, content, and sales enablement.
• Use data and metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize spend.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices.
